The Macau Inter-University Institute (IIUM) will hold a Russian musical evening, this Friday 23, at 6.30 pm, in the auditorium. Russian violinist Albert Clement and cellist Yuliy Astakhov will join pianist Poon Kiu Tung to perform works by Rachmaninoff, Tchaikovsky, Lyadov, Shostakovitch and Prokofiev.

Students will also present their insight into this European country’s culture from romanticism to modernism, which includes not only extraordinary music by Russian composers, but also their poems and stories.
