June 15, 2006 – blogmacau.info – The Macau Government invites bids for building the Macao Science Center.
According to the tender notice issued by the Office for the Development of Infrastructure (GDI), the duration of construction must be at the maximum of 27 months or less. Tender documents, which are to be written in one of the official languages, should be forwarded to GDI before 1 August.
The Macao Science Center is designed by the internationally-renowned Chinese architect, I.M. Pei and Pei Partnership Architects in New York.
Reclamation of the site is currently under way.
